In order to get better at understanding where our leads are coming from so we can make better marketing decisions, we have initiated what we're calling "Managed Phone Numbers."
What Are Managed Phone Numbers?
Managed phone numbers are phone numbers that we provide, which will point directly to your existing phone number. They will appear on both your Google Business Profile (GBP) and your dealership microsite. These managed phone numbers allow us to track the calls generated by our national advertising campaigns while forwarding every call seamlessly to you. This means you receive all calls just as you do now, with no impact on your day-to-day operations.
Additionally, when we reintroduce the Appointment Setting Program (ASP), these managed phone numbers will make it even easier to forward calls directly to the call center where assessments can be scheduled on your calendar.
What This Means for You?
Rest assured, this change will not impact your business operations or the way you currently handle calls. The managed phone number will automatically forward calls directly to your existing phone number, ensuring you receive all calls as usual. There is no need for any adjustments on your end.

When a dealership retires, there’s no need to disable their phone numbers. Instead, we can capture incoming leads from these numbers and seamlessly reroute them to nearby dealers, ensuring continued service and maximizing lead potential.
What Do I Not Need to Do
- There’s no need to update the phone number on your vehicle wrap, yard signs, or any other marketing materials—this change only applies to your microsite and Google My Business listing.
